In Balakliia, a missile strike has damaged 13 apartment buildings and 12 private homes, along with a kindergarten. This was reported via Telegram by Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
“At least 13 apartment buildings were damaged, three of which are significantly affected. Additionally, 12 private homes and a kindergarten have been destroyed. Approximately 1000 windows were shattered,” the post states.
Synegubov added that efforts to address the aftermath of the strike are ongoing.
During the night of November 17, Russian forces attacked Balakliia with two Iskander missiles. Three people were killed, and 15 others sustained injuries and severe shock.
