Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal visited the Kharkiv region, where he met with combat units defending the area of Vovchansk. He shared this update via Telegram.
«I worked in Kharkiv alongside our defenders stationed in the city of Vovchansk. I visited the command post of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after the Cossack Ataman Kosty Hordiienko. I spoke with the unit's command and listened to detailed reports from the commander regarding the tactical situation in the area of responsibility, as well as the enemy's concentration of forces and resources», – noted Shmyhal.
He expressed gratitude to the personnel for their resilience, bravery, and professionalism in repelling numerous Russian attacks.
