Since the onset of the conflict, Ukraine's medical infrastructure has faced severe losses. According to the Ministry of Health, more than 2,500 healthcare facilities have been damaged or destroyed.
Among these, 327 have been completely destroyed, with the most significant losses occurring in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions.
Despite ongoing threats, recovery efforts continue: 700 facilities have been fully restored, and 320 are partially operational. However, 57 have been damaged again due to renewed attacks.
The healthcare system is still functioning under risk: 1,528 facilities are providing full services, 186 are partially operational, and 231 have been evacuated to safer locations.
Information regarding healthcare facilities in temporarily occupied territories remains scarce. Since the start of the invasion, 280 ambulances have been destroyed, 163 have been damaged, and 80 have been captured.
