Air defense forces have neutralized 67 out of 79 Russian drones, with hits recorded at six different locations. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force on Telegram.
On the night of November 2 (from 19:00 on November 1), the enemy launched two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Bryansk region, and 79 strikes from drones of the Shahed, Gerbera types, and others from the directions of: Kursk, Millerovo, Orel, Primorsk-Akhtarsk – Russia, about 50 of which were ‘shaheds’.
The air assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and unmanned systems, along with mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian defense forces.
As of 09:00, preliminary data indicates that the air defense has shot down/neutralized 67 enemy drones of the Shahed, Gerbera types, and others in the north, south, and east of the country.
One ballistic missile and 12 strike drones were recorded hitting six locations, as well as debris from the downed drones at two locations.
The attack is ongoing, with several enemy drones remaining in the airspace. Please adhere to safety regulations.
