Eight individuals, including a child, were injured due to shelling in Kherson. Another man was wounded by explosives dropped from a drone. This was reported by the Kherson Military Administration and the head of the Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, on Telegram.
During the night, Russian forces attacked the city with drones. In the Dnipro District, one of the UAVs hit a residential high-rise building, causing a fire. Among the injured were an 80-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man, both suffering from blast injuries and burns.
Both individuals were hospitalized.
Around 6 AM, another resident, a 59-year-old man, was injured in the Dnipro District when explosives were dropped from a drone. He sustained serious injuries and was also hospitalized.
The head of the Regional State Administration later reported that around 7:30 AM, the occupiers shelled the Ship District of Kherson.
"A 16-year-old teenager was hit by shrapnel. He suffered blast injuries, a concussion, and lacerations. The boy was taken to the hospital," Prokudin noted.
He added that as a result of this attack, five adults were also injured, and several residential buildings were damaged.
