Ukrainian Defense Forces Neutralize Majority of Drones

Ukrainian Air Forces successfully intercepted the majority of enemy drones threatening the nation.

The Ukrainian air defense forces have neutralized 58 of the 98 drones launched by Russian forces during the attack on the evening of October 20. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram. 
Starting from 7 PM on Monday, October 20, Russian troops launched an assault with two "Iskander-M/KN-23" ballistic missiles from the Bryansk region, four S-300 guided missiles from the Kursk region, and 98 strike UAVs, including the Shahed type, "Herbera," and other drones from directions: Kursk, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), as well as Chauda and Hvardiyiske (temporarily occupied Crimea). About 70 of these are Shahed-type drones.
The attack was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 8:30 AM on Tuesday, October 21, the air defense managed to shoot down or suppress 58 drones in the north, south, and east of Ukraine.
Hits were recorded on missiles and 37 strike UAVs across 10 locations, along with falling debris from the downed targets at two locations. The attack continues, with several enemy UAVs still in the airspace.
