President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced that Russian forces launched an attack last night, deploying over 300 drones and 37 missiles, many of which were ballistic. He shared this information on his Facebook page.

«Russia launched more than 300 strike drones and 37 missiles, a significant portion of which were ballistic, against Ukraine. The infrastructure of Vinnytsia, Sumy, and Poltava regions were under attack. In Chernihiv region, Nizhyn was hit, damaging the post office and injuring one person. In Kharkiv region, strikes targeted critical infrastructure, including part of the State Emergency Service. There are injuries. Recovery efforts are ongoing, with services working», - emphasized the President.

He also pointed out that the enemy employs a double terror tactic, striking with Shahed drones and using cluster munitions to harm firefighters and energy workers engaged in recovery efforts after the damage.

Zelensky highlighted that this autumn, Russia attacks Ukrainian infrastructure daily.

«Putin is deaf to everything the world says, so the only language he understands is the language of pressure. Pressure through sanctions, pressure through long-range weaponry. Strong decisions can be made to help. And this relies on the United States, Europe, and all partners whose strength directly influences whether the war will end. Now, creating an impulse for peace in the Middle East is crucial. It is also possible in Europe. This is what I will discuss today and tomorrow in Washington», - Zelensky said.
