On the night of October 16, Russian forces attacked energy facilities, leading to the suspension of gas extraction operations in the Poltava region. This was reported by the DTEK Group via their Telegram channel.
"During the night, the enemy once again struck the energy infrastructure of DTEK 'Naftogaz' using drones and missiles. As a result, gas production facilities in Poltava were halted," the message states.
