During the night, a hostile attack left over 73 thousand subscribers in Zaporizhzhia without electricity. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia OVA, Ivan Fedorov, on Telegram.

He specified that more than 67 thousand subscribers in the regional center and over 6 thousand in the Zaporizhzhia district are without power.

Energy workers have already begun restoration efforts, aiming to complete the work by the end of the day, Fedorov emphasized.

He also added that eight apartment buildings, eight private houses, and other non-residential buildings were damaged as a result of the night attack.

One apartment building suffered significant destruction. In others, windows were shattered and facades were damaged. Municipal services have already started addressing the aftermath of the attack by boarding up broken windows, Fedorov reported.

The Russians launched at least 10 drone and KAB strikes on Zaporizhzhia, leading to power and water outages in some areas. The number of injured in the city has risen to nine, with one person killed, and there are reports of destroyed homes and fires.

Later, Ivan Fedorov reported that the number of victims from the attack had increased to ten individuals. According to him, the condition of most of the injured allows for outpatient treatment, but two people – a 60-year-old man and a 69-year-old woman – are still undergoing examination by doctors.
