As of the morning of September 25, power outages have been reported in Chernihiv and Mykolaiv regions due to Russian drone strikes. This was reported by the National Energy Company "Ukrenergo" on their Facebook page.
"Over the last day and during the night, the enemy has attacked energy facilities in several regions using strike drones. As a result, there are consumers without electricity in Chernihiv and Mykolaiv regions. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore the damaged equipment as quickly as possible," the statement reads.
It is also noted that electricity consumption as of 9:30 on Thursday is 1.9% lower compared to the previous day's morning due to clear weather in most regions, except parts of the western and southeastern regions. This change in weather leads to increased efficiency of household solar plants and a corresponding decrease in energy consumption from the main grid.
"Considering the weather conditions, it is advisable to shift active energy consumption to the period of highest efficiency of solar power plants. Please use powerful electrical appliances between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM," advises Ukrenergo.
