Ukraine's air defense forces successfully neutralized 430 drones, 14 Kalibr cruise missiles, and seven X-101 missiles.

This information was released by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram.

Since 16:00 on Tuesday, September 2, Russian forces have been attacking Ukraine using strike drones and air and sea-based missiles.

In total, the radio-technical troops have detected and tracked 526 aerial threats:

  • 502 Shahed-type strike drones and various types of mimic drones from directions including: Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Orel, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), and Chaoida (temporarily occupied Crimea);
  • 16 Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea;
  • eight X-101 missiles from the airspace of Saratov and Krasnodar regions.

Aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire support groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces were involved in repelling the air attacks.

As of 09:00 on Wednesday, September 3, preliminary data indicates that air defense has shot down/suppressed 451 aerial targets:

  • 430 Shahed-type drones and mimic drones;
  • 14 Kalibr missiles;
  • seven X-101 missiles.

Reports indicate hits from three missiles and 69 strike drones at 14 locations, with debris falling at those sites.

The Air Force warns that the attacks are ongoing, and several enemy drones remain in the airspace.
