Rescuers have been dismantling the main structures of the collapsed building to ensure no one is left under the debris. Emergency recovery work is still in progress so that residents of the unaffected apartments can retrieve their belongings as soon as possible. Since last night, thousands of personnel from the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been working at the strike sites in the capital, rotating every few hours. Hundreds of units of equipment, drones, and aviation were involved. Unfortunately, during the attack on Kyiv, 23 individuals could not be saved, including 4 children. The youngest girl was only 2 years old. Some bodies remain unidentified, and 8 individuals have not contacted their relatives. Investigators and experts are meticulously examining each fact. Emergency services have rescued 17 individuals from the rubble, including 4 children. The total number of injured exceeds 50 people.
