Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with military leaders to discuss the current situation on the frontline and in border regions. He expressed satisfaction with the progress of cooperation among international partners within the «Coalition of the Willing».

In a message on Telegram, he stated: «We conducted an important meeting with the military, addressing the situation on the frontline, as well as issues of reserves and collaboration with partners on security guarantees. Key needs were discussed in detail, especially in the border areas of Sumy and Kharkiv regions. Our units play a crucial role, particularly the 225th Assault Regiment and the 71st Separate Jaeger Brigade. Thank you all for your service!»

Zelensky also emphasized the importance of focusing on the situation in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.

«We discussed the need for additional supplies for these regions. The Commander-in-Chief reported on the implementation of decisions regarding the provision of reserves for the Defense Forces», the president added.

Furthermore, the meeting included discussions on collaboration with partners including Europe and the United States.

«In the coming week, we plan to hold several more meetings. We highlighted the importance of accelerating the pace of work. The defense component of the security guarantees needs to be detailed in the shortest possible time», the head of state concluded.
