Since the evening of August 25, Russian forces have been deliberately targeting civilian transport on the Kherson - Mykolaiv highway.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, via Telegram.

According to him, there has been a significant increase in Russian drone activity along the M-14 Kherson - Mykolaiv route since yesterday evening. Prokudin emphasized that the enemy is specifically attacking civilian vehicles, urging people to avoid this route unless absolutely necessary. He also reminded that updates on Russian UAV activity are promptly shared on the Telegram channel “Radar Kherson.”

Over the past week, Russian forces have attacked the Kherson region with nearly 2,000 drones, with Ukrainian defenders successfully destroying 77% of them.
