On the night of August 7, Ukrainian forces faced an attack from Russian troops deploying 112 Shahed strike drones and various other types of UAVs.

As of 9:00 AM, our defense forces have shot down 89 Shahed drones and imitators in the northern, eastern, and central regions of the country.

There were 23 drone impacts recorded at 11 locations, along with debris falling at 3 sites.

The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's defense forces.
