On the night of July 28, Ukrainian air defense forces achieved a significant victory by destroying 309 out of 324 launched Russian drones and two X-101 cruise missiles.

This was reported by the Command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through social media.

The enemy attacked with 331 aerial attack means, including 324 UAVs, four cruise missiles, and three ballistic missiles.

The attacks originated from various directions, including Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Shatalovo, and Primorsk-Akhtarsk.

Four X-101 cruise missiles were launched from the Saratov region, while three Kinzhal X-47 M2 ballistic missiles were fired from the Lipetsk area.

The main target of the assault was Staro Konstantinov in the Khmelnytskyi region.

The air assault was repelled by the efforts of aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, and radio-electronic warfare units.

As of 09:30, preliminary data indicated that 311 enemy aerial threats were neutralized: 309 UAVs and two X-101 missiles.

Reports confirm the impact of two missiles and 15 drones in three locations, as well as the fall of debris in several areas.

"The X-47 M2 ballistic missiles did not reach their targets!" emphasized the Air Force.
