The number of casualties in Kharkiv's Industrial District has risen to 14.

This was reported by Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.

Emergency service workers rescued 4 individuals from a damaged medical facility. The search for 2 more individuals is still underway. As a result of the shelling, the third floor and roof of the building were partially destroyed, along with damage to a private house and 2 vehicles. The rescue operation is ongoing.

Emergency medical teams are on standby at the scene. Law enforcement is documenting another war crime committed by Russia.
