In the Donetsk region, a mandatory evacuation of children is underway from ten localities, including the city of Dobropillya and nine villages, where 928 children currently reside.

This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadim Filashkin, on his Facebook page.

«We are starting the evacuation of families with children from Dobropillya and the villages of Hannyvka, Novy Donbas, Rubizhne, and others. In total, there are currently 928 children living in these areas», - stated Filashkin.

He explained that the decision was made on July 24 during a meeting of the regional emergency commission.

Filashkin instructed local authorities and law enforcement to coordinate the evacuation process and ensure proper living conditions for the relocated families in safer areas of Ukraine.

«I emphasize once again: staying in the Donetsk region poses constant danger. Evacuate while you still can! Protect your loved ones!», he stressed.
