On the morning of July 18, occupying forces launched a drone strike on a vehicle carrying volunteers who were evacuating civilians from Rodynske. As a result of the attack on Kostiantynivka, one woman was killed, and four others were injured.
This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office via Telegram.
Specifically, at 5:30 AM, Russian forces targeted the volunteer organization's vehicle with an FPV drone, which was involved in evacuating civilians.
Among the injured were a 42-year-old driver and two locals, aged 77 and 67, who were being evacuated. They were diagnosed with various injuries, including blast and traumatic brain injuries.
Half an hour later, the occupiers attacked Kostiantynivka with a FAB-250 bomb. As a result of one of the three airstrikes on the city, a 66-year-old resident was killed. A 64-year-old man suffered multiple shrapnel injuries to the head.
The attacks also damaged 16 private homes, vehicles, and a gas pipeline.
Preliminary investigations into war crimes are underway.
