Since the evening of July 17, Russian forces have attacked Ukraine using 35 strike drones of the Shahed type and various imitation drones. As a result, 11 of them were neutralized, while 18 struck 5 different locations.

This information was reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces via Telegram.

Direct quote from the Armed Forces: "As of 8:30, air defense has shot down 11 enemy Shahed UAVs (and other types) in the north and east of the country. Additionally, 6 imitation drones have been lost/suppressed by electronic warfare. 18 UAV hits were recorded in 5 locations, and debris from downed drones fell in 2 locations".

Details: The invaders launched UAVs from Russian cities Millerovo and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, targeting frontline areas in the east of the country.

Air defenses, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces countered the attacks.
