As of 03:50, six Russian cruise missiles were reported heading towards the Kremenchuk Reservoir, according to the Air Forces.

Update at 04:00: The mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, confirmed a hit in the city.
"The main concern right now is the safety of every resident, so I strongly urge you to remain in shelters until the air alert is over," the mayor stated.
As of 04:54, according to the Air Forces, Russian missiles were moving towards Rohatyn, Khodoriv, Shumsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Rudno, Zboriv, Berestechko, and Lutsk.
About five in the morning on July 12, the Russian army struck a residential area in Kyiv with a guided bomb. There were reported casualties as a result of the attack.
Update: At 05:18, authorities announced the cancellation of the air alert.
