On the morning of July 11, Kharkiv faced an attack from aggressors, leading to a fire in the Saltivskyi district where 9 individuals were injured.

This information was confirmed by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Synegubov and the mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov.

Oleg Synegubov stated: "The occupiers are attacking with drones. Explosions were heard in the city."

Later, local media reported additional explosions in various parts of Kharkiv.

Update: Subsequently, Ihor Terekhov reported a fresh strike, impacting the city center, particularly residential areas, with injuries reported.

Terekhov also mentioned: "A medical facility in the city center was affected by the enemy's shelling – preliminary reports indicate that windows were shattered, but inspections are ongoing."

According to Synegubov, the enemy targeted the Saltivskyi district.

Impact was recorded on a three-story building and the yard. Structural elements were damaged, resulting in a fire covering approximately 20 square meters.

Later, Synegubov reported that a 64-year-old man was injured due to the Russian attack in the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv.

Terekhov noted: "The morning explosions affected a maternity hospital where mothers with newborns were present. We are currently evacuating them to another medical facility. Fortunately, none were harmed."

Subsequently, the mayor reported that the number of injured from the morning shelling has risen to 9.
