A one-year-old child tragically lost his life in the Kherson region due to a drone attack that took place on July 9 during the day.

This was reported by the head of the OVA, Oleksandr Prokudin, via Telegram.

Direct quote from the regional leader: "In the village of Pravdine, within the Bilozerska community, Russian forces attacked a one-year-old boy and an elderly woman who were in the yard of a house. Unfortunately, the child succumbed to his injuries on the spot".

Details: According to Prokudin, the 64-year-old local woman suffered a concussion along with blast and closed head injuries.

A paramedic team provided her with assistance on-site, but she refused hospitalization.
