In the past day, one person was injured in the Sumy region due to enemy shelling.

According to the Sumy Regional Military Administration, this occurred as a result of actions by Russian forces.

From the morning of July 3 to the morning of July 4, more than 120 attacks were recorded on 52 settlements across 18 communities in the Sumy region.

In the Seredino-Buda community, one person was wounded by FPV drones.

The highest intensity of attacks was observed in the Sumy and Shostka districts.

The enemy carried out nearly 20 drops of VOG from UAVs, 30 strikes with guided bombs, and around 20 attacks using multiple rocket launchers. Additionally, Russian forces used FPV drones and launched missile strikes.

In the Konotop community, non-residential buildings were damaged, while in the Seredino-Buda community, an apartment building, a private house, and an educational institution were affected.

In the Hlukhiv, Esman, and Krasnopillia communities, private houses sustained damage.

During the day, 12 people were evacuated from border communities in the Sumy region.

On July 3, Russian troops attacked Konotop with strike drones, destroying an infrastructure facility.
