Tragic Events in Samara: Days of Mourning Declared

Days of mourning have been declared in Samara for those lost in the missile strike. The mayor has expressed condolences and support for the affected.

In Samara, located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, June 28 and 29 have been declared days of mourning for the victims of the missile strike carried out by Russian forces on Friday.

This was reported by the mayor of Samara, Serhiy Reznik, via Telegram.

 "The morning began with sounds of explosions. The enemy has struck the city again. This is not random terror. Russia deliberately targets peaceful civilians. Rescue workers are clearing the rubble. Medical teams are fighting for the lives of the injured. All services are working smoothly and continuously," stated Mayor Serhiy Reznik.

In light of this tragedy, the mayor signed an order to declare days of mourning on June 28 and 29.

All entertainment events will be canceled and national flags will be flown at half-mast.

On June 27, Russian forces launched a missile strike on the Dnipropetrovsk region, specifically targeting the city of Samara near Dnipro. As a result of the attack, 5 people lost their lives, and 23 were injured.
