A day of mourning has been declared in the Dnipropetrovsk region for those who lost their lives due to a massive assault that occurred the day before. In Dnipro, 18 residents were killed as a result of the hostile strike, with two more fatalities reported in the city of Samara.

Overall, nearly 300 individuals were injured, as reported by the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak.

Meanwhile, the enemy continued to attack the area throughout the night and morning.

This was reported by the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration on Wednesday, June 25.

“After the horrifying day experienced the day before, the region grieves for its losses. Today, Dnipro mourns the 18 residents lost due to the enemy attack, and Samara mourns the two casualties. All of Dnipropetrovsk is in sorrow. This pain resonates in every heart. It is a grief that never fades... Eternal memory to the victims of Russian aggressors. Sincere condolences to the families of the deceased,” the statement said.
