Today, June 22, the enemy launched a missile strike on the training ground of one of the mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, where training sessions were being held for servicemen.

This was reported by the Ukrainian Ground Forces.

Thanks to timely safety measures in response to the air raid alert, numerous personnel losses were avoided. However, unfortunately, there are casualties and injuries. All affected individuals are receiving necessary medical assistance in hospitals.

We express our sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the fallen servicemen.

A special commission has been established at the Command of the Ukrainian Ground Forces to thoroughly investigate all circumstances of the incident. Law enforcement agencies are also working at the scene.

At the same time, additional safety measures are being implemented to protect the lives and health of servicemen in case of further missile and air strikes by the aggressor state.

Update. As of 17:27, there are reports of 3 fatalities and 11 injuries.
