The night assault on Zaporizhzhia has resulted in 4 injuries, with victims hospitalized and at least 20 apartment buildings damaged.
"The bombardment began at 2 AM, marking the first wave of "Shahed" drones launched towards Zaporizhzhia. The second wave occurred around 3:30 AM. At least 8 drones struck the streets of Zaporizhzhia," stated Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia OVA.
Unfortunately, the injured include 4 individuals, among them two police officers, a 62-year-old woman with a broken leg, and a 74-year-old woman with contusions."
According to Fedorov, the attack damaged a minimum of 20 apartment buildings and 2 private homes.
Additionally, a humanitarian aid warehouse was completely destroyed, and the fire took over 7 hours to extinguish.
It is worth noting that on the night of June 14, Russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia with 14 Shahed-type kamikaze drones. Earlier reports indicated that two law enforcement officers and a woman were injured, with civil infrastructure and vehicles damaged.
Moreover, in Zaporizhzhia, a warehouse containing humanitarian aid was destroyed due to the attack by Russian forces, totaling no less than a hundred tons.
