The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported successful strikes on military-industrial complex facilities in Russia's Samara region and Stavropol Territory that are involved in explosives production.

According to information from Ukrinform, the General Staff shared this news via their Facebook page.

As part of efforts to reduce the enemy's capabilities in producing explosives and ammunition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' drone units, in coordination with other defense forces, targeted significant military-industrial complex sites in Russia.

In particular, the facilities of JSC "NNK" in the Samara region were hit, which is a leading company in the production of explosive components. Explosions and fires have been reported in the industrial zone.

A fire strike was also executed on the "Nevinnomyssk" plant in Stavropol Territory, one of the key producers of basic components for explosives, ammunition, and rocket fuel. This facility is engaged in supporting Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. Reports indicate a series of explosions and the operation of Russian air defense systems in the vicinity of the target, with fires recorded in the industrial area.

The General Staff emphasized that the results of the strikes are being clarified.

As reported by Ukrinform, the "Nevinnomyssk Azot" facility in Stavropol Territory, which produces ammonia and ammonium nitrate for explosives and artillery shells, was also attacked.

Additionally, the Novokuibyshevsk catalyst plant in the Samara region, a crucial element for the fuel autonomy of the Russian military-industrial complex, was targeted.
