On the night of May 30, Russian occupation forces struck a trolleybus depot in the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv. As a result of the attack, 18 trolleybuses and 33 residential buildings were damaged, and two employees of the enterprise were injured.
Details: According to the mayor, the enemy launched an attack with eight "Shaheds" on one of the depots where city trolleybuses were being repaired and serviced.
"We had previously dispersed most of the vehicles throughout the city, which saved us from far greater losses. However, the equipment under repair was hit: one trolleybus was completely destroyed, and 18 sustained various degrees of damage." — Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov
Details: As a result of the strike, two employees who were on duty during the attack were injured.
"The target today is the civilian population; this is the civilian infrastructure of Kharkiv, there were never any military personnel here, and there were never any military facilities here," – emphasized Terekhov.
Additionally, the shockwave and debris damaged 33 residential buildings in the vicinity, mainly shattering windows.
