Registration has begun for the initiative «UNDP: Leadership Program for Women Engaged in the Digitalization of Public Services». This program is designed for women who aim to strengthen their roles in the digital transformation of the public sector.
The program consists of 16 online webinars and two in-person training sessions in Kyiv. It includes interactive lectures, case study analyses, and practical workshops that will assist participants in deepening their expertise, assessing risks, and implementing effective solutions in the field of digital transformation.
The initiative targets women professionals who already possess experience in the digitalization of public services and seek to enhance their management skills, strategic thinking, and implement effective solutions.
Duration of the program: May — September 2025.
Eligible participants include:
Women working in executive government bodies or subordinate institutions.
Candidates with higher education and at least two years of professional experience.
Leaders who have participated in two or more projects related to digital transformation at the central or regional levels.
Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
The registration deadline is April 28.
This program is implemented within the framework of the «Dii Project Support» led by the UN Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, with financial backing from Sweden, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
