Starting July 1, 2025, the functions previously performed by the State Special Communications Service under the "Drone Army Bonus" initiative, also known as "e-points", will be transferred to the Ministry of Digital, Ministry of Defense, the Defense Procurement Agency, and the Brave1 defense cluster.
We, together with the Ministry of Digital, the Ministry of Defense, and other partners, initiated this system from scratch. We designed, tested, and launched it. And we proved: it works.
At the same time, the State Special Communications Service had several key roles: verifying points for destroyed enemy assets, accepting requests for equipment supplies from military units, signing contracts with suppliers, receiving products, and delivering them to defenders according to the requests received. The State Special Communications Service successfully accomplished its assigned tasks.
Now, as the time has come to scale the project and other participants have gained the necessary capabilities, we are transferring our functions to the authorities that are meant to carry out these tasks.
