Former light heavyweight champion Oleksandr Gvozdyk secured a win against American boxer Anthony Gollaway.

The match was dominated by the Ukrainian fighter. In the third round, Gvozdyk knocked his opponent down twice, prompting the referee to stop the contest.

This fight marked Gvozdyk's first return to the ring since June of last year when he faced David Benavidez for the interim WBC title. That bout went the full 12 rounds and ended with a unanimous decision in favor of Benavidez.

Gvozdyk has previously stated his willingness to switch weight classes for a shot at a championship fight.
