In Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, the XVII European Men's Handball Championship is ongoing.
In the third round of the Euro 2026 group stage, the Ukrainian national team suffered its third defeat, losing to the Czech Republic 29:38 (14:17), reports Ukrinform.
The "blue and yellow" team finished last, in fourth place in Group C, and prematurely ended their run in the continental championship.
As previously reported, at the start of Euro 2026, Ukraine lost to Norway (22:39), and in the second round, they lost to France (26:46).
The European Men's Handball Championship will conclude on February 1.
It is worth noting that the title of European champion is currently held by the French team.
