The Ukrainian national team achieved remarkable results at the 2025 Deaflympics, collecting a total of 100 medals, which secured their first place in the medal standings.
Specifically, the athletes won 32 gold, 39 silver, and 29 bronze medals. Although "neutral athletes" claimed the second position in total medals with 52 awards, these were not counted in the official standings. Therefore, the closest competitor to Ukraine was Team USA with 36 medals.
Japan's athletes took third place with 51 medals, thanks to their 16 victories, whereas the Americans had 17 golds.

Medal Standings of the 2025 Deaflympics:

• Ukraine – 100 (32, 39, 29)
• USA – 36 (17, 7, 12)
• Japan – 51 (16, 12, 23)
• China – 50 (12, 16, 22)
• South Korea – 43 (11, 13, 19)

While 100 medals is an impressive achievement, it is not a record. In 2021, the Ukrainian team won 138 medals, including 62 gold medals, which remains their personal best.
It is worth noting that at the 2025 Deaflympics, Ukraine placed first in the overall standings for karate.
