New Opportunities for Ukrainian Cyclist Milana Ushakova

Milana Ushakova has signed a contract with UAE Team ADQ, paving the way for new prospects for the young Ukrainian cyclist.

Ukrainian cyclist Milana Ushakova has signed a contract with UAE Team ADQ, as announced by the team’s press service.
The 18-year-old will compete for the youth team, UAE Development Team, with the contract taking effect in 2026.
In the past two seasons, Ushakova raced for Belgian teams – Van Moer Logistics and Baloise Minimax.
In 2025, she achieved her second consecutive gold medal at the Ukrainian championships in the junior category and placed 12th in the time trial at the World Championships in Kigali (Rwanda).
UAE Team ADQ is part of the World Tour, representing the elite level of global cycling. The best cyclist in the world, Slovenian Tadej Pogačar, competes for the men’s team, UAE Emirates.
