The Ukrainian women's team has faced two defeats at the World Chess Championship currently taking place in Linares.
In the match against Georgia, the key loss was suffered by Ushenina against Batsiashvili, while the rest of our chess players drew their games. Later, the "yellow-blue" team suffered a heavy defeat to Uzbekistan: Piddubna and Ushenina lost their matches, while Oismak and Buksa drew.
