Ukrainian wrestlers made a stunning impact at the world championships in Loutraki, Greece, bringing glory to our nation.

At the junior, cadet, and youth world championship in grappling, our athletes secured a total of 57 medals (17 gold, 17 silver, 23 bronze) across various categories:

• U15 — 23 medals (10 gold, 5 silver, 8 bronze), first place in the team standings (Grappling & Grappling Gi).
• U17 — 24 medals (6 gold, 8 silver, 10 bronze), first place in the team standings (Grappling & Grappling Gi).
• U20 — 10 medals (1 gold, 4 silver, 5 bronze), third place in the team standings (Grappling).

At the world pankration championship for juniors, cadets, and youth, Ukrainians won a total of 30 medals (12 gold, 4 silver, 14 bronze):

• U15 — 8 medals (3 gold, 5 bronze), first place in the girls’ team standings, fourth place among boys.
• U17 — 11 medals (5 gold, 2 silver, 4 bronze), first place in the team standings for both girls and boys.
• U20 — 11 medals (4 gold, 2 silver, 5 bronze), first place in the team standings for both girls and boys.
