The draw for the group stage of the 2026 Futsal European Championship has taken place.
The Ukrainian national team has been placed in Group B, where they will compete against the host nation Lithuania, as well as the Czech Republic and Armenia.
Ukraine qualified for the finals by winning all their matches in the qualifying group, which included Romania, Cyprus, and Germany. Lithuania, Latvia, and Slovenia qualified as hosts for the final tournament.
The draw was held in Kaunas, and the tournament is scheduled from January 21 to February 7. This will be the second Futsal Euro featuring 16 teams.
It is noteworthy that in September, Ukraine achieved two victories over Lithuania in friendly matches.
