The Ukrainian women's national beach soccer team concluded their journey in Euroleague 2025 by winning the bronze medal in a match against Poland. The main and extra time ended in a 3:3 draw, and in the penalty shootout, the Ukrainian team triumphed with a score of 4:3.

This decisive match took place without the coach, as Yury Klymenko was suspended the day before. Just two minutes in, Poland took the lead with a successful penalty kick – 0:1. However, a minute later, Anna Shulha leveled the score with a powerful strike – 1:1!

While the Polish players created more chances, it was Ukraine that found the net again, with Iryna Bavzenyuk scoring from a rebound – 2:1!

In the second half, threats near the Ukrainian goal increased, leading to a penalty awarded to Poland, which they converted, making it 2:2.

But Ukraine quickly responded with a counterattack: Iryna Dubytska assisted Maryhita Yurasova, who brought the team back in front – 3:2! Yet, a mistake by Prokopenko allowed Yalocha to equalize – 3:3.

In the final moments, Polish players looked sharper, but the Ukrainian defense held strong. After regular time, the match went into extra time, where Ukraine had a chance to win but failed to convert a free kick.

In a dramatic penalty shootout, Ukraine emerged victorious with a score of 4:3!
