Remarkable High Jump Results at Diamond League in Silesia

The 12th stage of the Diamond League 2025 season took place in Silesia (Poland), featuring thrilling women's high jump competitions.

According to the Ukrainian Athletics Federation, ten athletes participated, including two from Ukraine - Yaroslava Mahuchikh and Kateryna Tabashnyk.

Olympic champion Mahuchikh showcased her talent by winning with a height of 2.00 m, setting a new stage record in Silesia.

Second place went to Australia's Nicola Olyslagers with a jump of 1.97 m, while Germany's Imke Onnen claimed third with 1.91 m.

This season marks the sixth time Yaroslava has competed in Diamond League events, where she has earned four medals: gold in Xiamen and Shanghai, and silver in Stockholm and Paris.

Kateryna Tabashnyk made her return to the Diamond League, finishing in sixth place, having been edged out by two competitors on attempts (1.88 m).
