Five-year-old Regina Abramova has shown remarkable endurance by becoming the youngest individual to climb Hoverla independently. This record marks a significant achievement for sports in Ukraine.

This was reported by the Lviv Regional State Administration's Department of Sports and Youth.

Regina completed the route to the summit in 2 hours and 29 minutes without any adult assistance.

The young athlete practices gymnastics at a specialized school, where she has already achieved three grades in just one year and is now preparing for competitions in the adult category.

In addition to gymnastics, Regina is passionate about running and has participated in over 20 competitions in this sport.

"Her dream is to become an Olympic champion in gymnastics," said the administration.

It is worth noting that in April, she set a Ukrainian record by holding a vertical inverted position on the rings for nearly six minutes.

Regina trains six days a week, spending 5-6 hours on training each day.
