The Polissya football club from Zhytomyr has decided to change its stadium for hosting home matches in the Conference League taking place in Slovakia.

This was reported by the club's press service.

The reason for this decision is the suspension of DAK 1904 from participating in the Conference League. Consequently, a spot in the tournament has been taken by another Slovak club - Kosice, which plays its matches at the "Košická Futbalová Aréna", where Polissya is now planning to play.

As a result, the Zhytomyr club had to change its venue. The new home stadium for Polissya in the 2025/26 season will be the "Štadión Tatran" in the city of Prešov.

The first match at the new arena will take place on July 24 as part of the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League. The opponent will be the winner of the pairing between Borac Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Santa Coloma (Andorra).

Recently, the "wolves" concluded their training camp in Austria with a victory over the Cypriot club Aris. Goals were scored by Tomer Yosefi and Mykola Haiduchyk.
