Yulia Chumachenko Wins Silver at Memorial in Prague

Ukrainian athlete Yulia Chumachenko secured a silver medal at the Josef Odlozila Memorial in Prague.

The Ukrainian athletics scene celebrated as Yulia Chumachenko earned a "silver" medal in high jump at the Josef Odlozila Memorial held in the capital of the Czech Republic.

This event marked Chumachenko's first competition of the summer season 2025, following her unsuccessful attempt to qualify at the indoor European Championships.

Nine athletes competed at the memorial, including Chumachenko and junior world champion Mihaela Gruba.

How did the high jump competition unfold in Prague?
