Ukraine has triumphed at the 2025 European Championships held in Antalya, Turkey, securing a gold medal.

The 16-year-old Ksenia Bocek and 18-year-old Diana Karnafel became European champions in synchronized diving from the 3-meter springboard in their first senior-level competition.

The duo scored 276 points in their performance. Germany took second place with 265.95 points, while Great Britain finished third with 264.90.

This victory marks Ukraine's first gold in this event in 26 years. The last time Ukrainian athletes stood atop the podium in synchronized diving from the 3-meter springboard was in 1999, when Elena Zupina and Anna Sorokina claimed gold medals.

Additionally, the Ukrainian diving team secured gold medals in mixed team events, allowing the "blue and yellow" to maintain their status as European champions in this discipline.
