The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas, has arrived in Kyiv. She announced her visit on social media.
“Today, I am in Kyiv to discuss financial and military support, energy security for Ukraine, and holding Russia accountable for its war crimes,” Kallas stated.
She emphasized that Ukrainians inspire the world with their courage, and their resilience calls for European backing.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha welcomed Kallas at the train station upon her arrival in the capital.
Kallas also expressed that Ukraine's partners must leverage their influence to increase pressure on Russia for an immediate end to the conflict.
