On September 3, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Denmark for a summit with leaders from Northern Europe and the Baltic states.
During his visit, he is scheduled to meet with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen. He will also participate in discussions with regional leaders.
According to DR, Zelensky arrived by helicopter at the residence of the Danish Prime Minister, where he was warmly welcomed by Frederiksen.
It is important to note that Denmark currently holds the presidency of the EU Council, giving it greater influence over Ukraine's European integration efforts. Recently, European officials discussed in Copenhagen the progress of candidate countries in their membership negotiations, which are currently being blocked by one state.
