President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine arrived at the residence of UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
On Monday, June 23, Zelensky reached Starmer's residence, where he was warmly greeted by the Prime Minister, and they shook hands in front of the media before entering the building.
During his visit to the UK, the Ukrainian president will hold several significant meetings, including one with King Charles III. He is also expected to meet with the speakers of both houses of Parliament, Lindsay Hoyle and Lord John McFall.
Zelensky has indicated that he will discuss strengthening Ukraine's defenses and imposing pressures on Russia to end the war during this trip.
On June 25, Zelensky plans to travel to Strasbourg for a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
The president is also expected to attend the EU leaders' summit in Brussels, though he has yet to confirm his participation in the NATO summit.
