Elena Zelenska expressed her gratitude for the assistance, emphasizing that “Luxembourg has been a reliable partner to the Ukrainian people, supporting us since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in various areas, from humanitarian and military aid to diplomatic support.”

She noted that during the meeting, they discussed new avenues for the foundation's activities, particularly psychosocial support for youth.

“This project is extremely important for us, as teenagers and youth in Ukraine are not just growing up amidst sirens and explosions, but are facing anxiety, loss, and uncertainty brought on by the war every day,” she added.

Elena Zelenska thanked Luxembourg for this step and for their ongoing support for Ukraine.

During the visit of Luxembourg's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Xavier Bettel, the delegation also announced an allocation of 10 million euros to the Ukrainian energy support fund and another 10 million euros for defense needs.
