The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has released an update for the "Reserve+" app, which now automatically includes the owner's photo in the electronic document. Users just need to update the app to the latest version.

Oksana Ferchuk, Deputy Minister of Defense, stated: "We aim for digital tools to provide tangible benefits in everyday situations. The inclusion of a photo will speed up the verification of citizens' documents and make the process more transparent for everyone."

Photos will only be available to users of "Reserve+" who possess a biometric passport. The Reserve ID without a photo will still retain the same legal validity as those with images.

The Ministry also notes that due to high demand, photos may take longer to load. If the image does not appear within a few days, users can utilize the "Fix Data Online" feature in the app menu.
